Focaccia

A delicious Italian-style bread baked in a tray, and covered in extra-virgin Olive oil with flakes of sea salt on top. To be made with different toppings ( rosemary, sundried tomatoes, pesto, potatoes)

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Rye Flour, Spelt Flour, Sourdough Culture, Salt, Water.
